To provide effective services, the company has designed and configured its own 40 feet ISO container based MOBILE workshop, with a “ PRECISION MACHINING CONTAINER” complete with a heavy duty lathe, and related machine shop tools, to carry out onsite machining works, with highly experienced Lathe operators / Machinist. Besides Crystal Tech also has a 40 feet ISO container, equipped with all required tools for Annual maintenance works. These activities are also supported with Crystal Tech owned scaffolding material covering 1200 m3 of work area.

Crystal Tech has a fully integrated piping and steel structure fabrication facility and can handle jobs of large volume. The facility is with Gantry crane with 10 ton lifting capacity, shot blasting facility and qualified fitters/ fabricators to welders with 6G certification. ASNT certified NDT QC engineers of Crystal Tech ensure required quality. The facility can handle both High pressure CS and SS jobs. Crystal Tech is also capable of fabricating a complete skid, starting from developing system design, P&I, procurement, fabrication, testing and site installation and integration.
